Hi~ Assalamualaikum | Hujung tahun kian menghampiri, kalau warga Johor, kebiasaan di kampung-kampung pasti ini adalah musim makan free banyak. As means, jadual setiap hujung minggu penuh dengan majlis Yaasin dan doa selamat serta kenduri kendarat. 

Keluarga mertua juga tak ketinggalan untuk membuat majlis Yaasin untuk arwah Ayah sekaligus doa selamat untuk tahun baru. 

Ayah mertua Aien meninggal dunia pada awal tahun 2009. Jika tahun lepas, Mak tak kesempatan buat disebabkan sedikit kekangan masa dan kesihatan, alhamdulillah tahun ni dapat juga. Anak-anak pulang berkumpul, saudara mara datang memeriahkan majlis. Seronok. 

Tapi serba salah la untuk Aien, sebab Aien tak ada tolong apa-apa sebab ada anak kecil. Masa masak-masak tu nasib ada Mak Ngah dan adik ipar Aien tolong. Kesian, tapi anak kecil ni diutamakan. Takut kang dia nangis-nangis, tak sedap pulak hati. Masa Aien balik petang Khamis tu pun, Mak kata semuanya dah siap, tinggal nak masak je. Biasa la orang tua, semua siap cepat. 

Adoo~ bila dah tulis ni serba salah tu melangit  tinggi tahu. Haha diri diri.. 

Menu untuk majlis ni simple je. Iaitu Nasi putih, Ayam Masak Ungkep, Sambal Goreng Jawa dan Pisang Masak Lemak. Aien tak sempat amek gambar semua. Sempat ambil satu je. Haha

Sambal Goreng Jawa jadi feveret kitaorang adik beradik siap request dengan Mak, buat banyak sikit. Alhamdulillah cukup la semua dapat merasa. 

Aien cuba nak buat masih tak berjaya lagi. Sekali percubaan je, pahtu dah give up. Sayang kalau buat tapi tak jadi sebab bahan-bahan untuk sambal ni banyak jugak. 

Over all, majlis berjalan lancar dan selamat sampai sudahnya. Hujan pun turun usai saja majlis dan selesai. Ahli Yaasin kampung pun dah selamat rumah agaknya. Ya lah, mana taknya langit start gelap selepas solat Jumaat. Risau jugak kan hujan tengah orang ramai tu. 

Yang paling gembira sekali, akhirnya setelah setahun berlalu, anak-anak mak semua kembali. Seronok tengok mak tersenyum bahagia. Walaupun Aien menantu dia, takkan pernah sama dengan anak-anak dia. kan? Sebaik mana kita layan mak mertua kita, takkan pernah sebaik layanan anak sendiri. 

Well, yang pergi biarkan pergi. Kita yang masih punya umur  pulang la walau apa pun yang mengguris hati. Keluarga takkan pernah sama dengan kawan. Semoga tahun 2019 akan penuh dengan kebahagian buat diri Mak dan semua.

For Immediate Release Carousell Brings Community Groups Together for Orphans of Ti-Ratana Welfare Society Over 3,000 Items Listed on Carousell for Orphans

Kuala Lumpur, 10 December 2018 – Carousell, one of the world’s largest and fastest growing classifieds marketplaces, brought Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club (SWMFC), Easy Parcel, Pgeon Delivery and various influencers together to Ti-Ratana Welfare Society (Ti-Ratana) in Salak South today as part of their ongoing #PrelovedwithLove donation drive to treat the orphans to an array of fun activities. 

The drive was launched recently by Carousell for selected charities across its seven markets and over 40 orphans from Ti-Ratana were treated with a day of fun-filled activities such as Light Sabre Training by SWMFC along with caricature and Sand Art.

"We are delighted to receive tremendous support from the public and the various fan clubs for this drive. Our platform can do more than just assist Malaysians to buy and sell, but also gather the power of the community for worthy causes. Community is at the heart of everything that is Carousell and we hope that more Malaysians will join us in our efforts to build a stronger community to help the orphans of Ti-Ratana,” said Tang Siew Wai, Country Head of Carousell Malaysia.

Members of the Ti-Ratana will select the items needed from the listings where EasyParcel will collect and deliver the items on a complimentary basis.
